When I was submitting application, it did not ask for any payment. It said the program was paid for on Monday, 2 October 2017 (which was the day I applied) but, I’m positive I was suppose to pay for my application. Additionally, I received an email from Cal State Apply saying
“You have successfully e-submitted your online application to Cal State Apply.
Within the next 5-7 business days, the campus(es) to which you have applied will communicate via email to confirm their receipt of your application. In that communication, you will be provided with more information about your application and the admissions process.”
I have yet to receive an email confirming their receipt of my application and I’m afraid it might be due to the fact that Cal State Apply sent my application without asking for any payment for submitting.
Did you specify specific CSU’s you are applying to? My D has the main app complete but has not submitted but for “Programs”/schools she is applying to the system shows the amount due.
My app specifies that its going to be sent to Cal Poly Pomona but, there wasn’t any payment fee. I’m not sure what my next step is, either its make the app and send it again or call Cal Poly Offices
My daughter had the same thing. When we looked, it said that she was eligible for a fee waiver. We weren’t sure why, but it turned out that it was because I work in the CSU system, so she is a dependent of a CSU employee.
