Cal State fullerton acceptance?

^ SAME HERE. Waitlist option button came up for me today. I’ve been checking my portal everyday now…

What happens when you click the accept/decline or waitlist option button?

Yup, same thing for me to. Hopefully I get accepted soon.

when I click the wait-list button, it just refreshes the page. It doesn’t go anywhere.
I also sent in my transcript already but it has not yet been taken off the to-do list.

Is anybody required to take a math/english test?

mine has the wait list button too… does anyone know when decisions will be made by? I called admissions and they said up until school starts but that doesn’t seem realistic…

Has anyone been accepted that doesn’t live near fullerton because I live like 2 hours away and I sill have not been accepted and I sent in my transcripts but it I sent them on the required deadline day so I’m thinking they may not have been processed yet. And I know that alot of the CSU’s aren’t accepting out of area applicants so i’m just wondering.

So I missed the March 12th deadline for the 7th semester transcript. I’m going to send them late and hopefully something good comes out of that. I mean CSU Fullerton never e-mailed me or anything. It’s partially my fault out of laziness but I’m not the type of person who regularly goes onto my Campus ID waiting for updates. Does anyone know if my application is rejected or what? Any help appreciated.

If you have already been long accepted, you do not need to send your 7th Semester transcripts. That only applies to people who have not been accepted yet.

I haven’t been accepted yet. It still says my application is still under review. Whatever that means. I just hope they still accept the late transcript.

This is getting ridiculous. Both Fullerton and CPP are TAKING FOREVER!!!

I’m pretty much screwed with Pomona. I’m in that “elgible for consideration” group. I live like 40 minutes from Pomona but I’m not considered an area student. If my parents had the money I wouldn’t bother with the broke Cal States and just go to a private school. But I don’t want to pay 25 grand a year on tuition alone.

I’ve been accepted and I live 2-3 hours away.

ok so I checked on my fullerton portal today and it said that I was denied because I didn’t meet the eligibility index, and that it could only be improved by a better “SAT1 score or a higher cumulative average”. But I don’t understand why because I have a 3.5 GPA and I got a 1620 on my SAT. Which isn’t like amazing but it should be good enough for CSU’s.

3.5GPA and an SAT like that? Ya you should of got in.

CSUF is making me rage ><.

kavery, where in the portal does it say denied? application status?

I am hearing huge number of applicants for every CSU but the only real official nuber I saw was from a SDSU reject letter stating 61,000 apps 6004 places.

anybody else completing golden 4 this semester? I am completing 2 but have a pretty good GPA (3.4). Nothing new on the website but I was told they will not make a decision until I get them the grades for the 2 classes. Anybody else hear that/ in the same boat?

“no admissions decision has been made at this time…”

im tired of seeing this everyday…=(

i called last week and they hadnt looked at my transcript yet to complete it to move on to the acceptance phase yet, even though i had sent my transcript in weeks before, so she updated it when i was on the phone, so hopefully they’ll let me know soon. Im so sick of waiting.

@ucphoenix-I’m in the same situation as you & I’m completing my last of the Golden 4 courses this semester…

I’m not sure if this has been posted (if so, my apologies) but this is a letter that was sent out from director of outreach to all colleges. I believe I received this letter sometime in Febuary.
“The Fall 2010 pool is approximately 7,000 applicants larger than the pool that allowed us to enroll 3,800 upper division transfers in Fall 2009.
Effective immediately, we have removed our upper division transfer major impaction plan, but will retain our regional impaction criteria. Within our local area, students (completing the majority of their work at Orange County Community Colleges) who earn a 2.0 GPA and complete all other CSU requirements by the end of the Spring 2010 semester will be admitted. Outside of our local area, students will need to complete all of their CSU requirements by the end of the Spring 2010 semester and they will need to meet an elevated GPA cut-off. Right now we are admitting out of area students at a 3.8 GPA and above, but that number will be adjusted downwards as the application process continues. It is unlikely that we will be admitting any out-of-area students who have less than a 3.0 GPA.
Given the depth and strength of the applicant pool, we already know that we will not be able to accommodate all eligible students. Accordingly, we are preparing to implement another opportunity for fully-qualified prospective transfers, below the outside area admissions GPA threshold, to be placed on a wait-list for admissions consideration if the CSU budget situation improves from current planning levels. More information on how the wait list will be implemented will be conveyed to your transfer center directors when it is available. In short, we do know that students will be rank-ordered according to GPA, and, if we are able to utilize the wait list, will be admitted in batches according to GPA from the highest to the lowest, until maximum capacity is reached.”
