I'm having my 2nd midterm for calculus 3 multivariable calculus on friday!! And I'm scared cause I don't know anything...anyone want to help? The things I have most trouble on are:
- integration over elementary regions (without fixed limits of integration)
- how to tell gradient fields and curl fields
- difference between vector fields/scalar fields/how to compute
- partial implicit differentiation/implicit theorem
Thanks!

good luck! sorry, can't help you too much academically here...

Pray? Honestly even though this is CC, very very few of us are taking/have taken beyond Calc II (BC).

ok scratch that lol, im praying, my only hope, i think.

lol my multi class doesnt have midterms luckily, its just one semester with a final at the end. its gonna be awful :(

multiple midterms?

how is it a midterm?

^College courses normally have around two midterms before the final.

Partial implicit differentiation sucks, it killed me last test. If you have any specific questions, maybe I could help, but I don't really know what you're looking for.

My calc 3 class has four "mid"terms. Thank god there's only one final...

Ok yea..partial differentiation is not making any sense..like if I have 4 variablees x,y,u,v, how am I supposed to solve for du/dx? or dv/dx? There are frickin 4 variables!!

well considering I'm only taking college courses and none of them have multiple midterms...
