Calculus AB and BC

Using the calculus single variable larson 9th edition, I’ve been teaching myself calc AB over the summer, so that I can take BC my junior year. I finished chapter 4 that deals with integration. My question is should I continue studying or should I stop since they go over AB in Calc BC?

I mean if you’re interested and want to have a really easy time for the first half of BC, go for it and keep learning, but if you don’t feel like taking up time over the summer to cover material that you’re certainly going to be covering soon anyway, you might as well stop.

BC is essentially AB on steroids (differential and integral) plus it starts going into things like partial derivatives and infinite series. I don’t think you gain much by self studying in this case unless you simply want to stay ahead of the curve for BC.
