I am taking Caluclus AB AP at my high school next year and wanted to get a prep book. I have been searching for one that will help me both with the course and the exam and Barron's, Peterson's/Arco, and Princeton Review are almost equally mentioned as what to use. Can anyone compare these or give a suggestion?

I like Barron’s, it is good because it lists all the formulas at the beginning of the chapter and then gives an excess of worked out examples before they go into the actual practice questions. The practice tests are definitely harder than the actual test, so you will be over prepped but, if you want accurate practice tests, then googling past released exams is the way to go. PR is more test oriented as are all of their books which is good and bad for obvious reasons. I never used peterson’s but I would not get it because Barron’s and PR are plenty to get an easy 5. My advice would be to order the most current barron’s off amazon for $12 and then get an old PR from your local library.

A good website to use is Ms. Roshan’s AP calculus. She posts lecture videos for Calc AB. Another might be MIT OCW calc 1 lectures, but these go way beyond AP calculus (lot more theory and proof than application).
