So here's my dilemma. Apparently when applying for a CalGrant, I entered an invalid school code which is now disqualifying me from any awards. Completely my fault, I know. I've tried calling and using Web Grants 4 Students, but apparently that "School Change and Leave of Absence" button doesn't work. After sending a couple of emails to the WebGrants4Students, they finally replied saying,

"The school code you submitted are not in the Cal Grant eligible school list. As a competitive student we are not accepting any corrections. You can re- apply Sept 2, 2010 if attending a Community college. If not the next deadline is March 2, 2011."

So how do I "re apply"? I thought that once you apply for a Cal Grant, your information stays in their database indefinitely. I'm not sure what to do and I'm starting to think no one works over at Web Grants for Students because that phone number hardly ever picks up with a live, human voice behind it.
