California Community Colleges Thread!

I went to Pierce as a high school student in 1999 and 2000. I enrolled full-time in fall 2000, and transferred to UCLA in 2001. I transferred with a 4.0.

Under what major? Any clubs or organizations? Were you a TAP student?

I go to Compton Community College. And I rock.

You do man. Congrats.

I was a poli sci major, TAed for a semester (short-lived program), did Honors, and was a member of the honors association.

And so do you.

Thanks. :)

Is anyone else having trouble getting good info from their counseling department? Nobody is giving me specific info on my essay. They just say "be yourself", and have no idea what a dynamic essay would consist of. Any ideas? I have a 3.5 and no extracurriculars, just volunteer work. Are these schools realistic?
