Which of the CSUs can an in state student get into with a weighted 3.0 and 990 (CR + M) SAT?

see http://www.csumentor.edu/Planning/high_school/ and especially http://www.csumentor.edu/planning/high_school/elig_index_calculator.asp

i don't really understand the whole cr thing of your 990. but anywho if that 3.0 is weighted by the way csumentor tells you to weight your gpa, then you should have no trouble getting in at your local csu. i know kids who have gotten into CSU-Northridge with just a 3.0 and not having taken their sats, same said for CSU-LA. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ABOUT CSU admissions is getting C's or better in all your admissions requirements to your school. meaning 4 years of english, 3 years of math, 2 years of science, 2 years of history, 1 year of studio art, 1 year of college preparatory elective. if you have all those completed with a c or better, you should have no reason to get in with a 3.0

however you will not be getting into cal poly san luis obispo, san diego, or long beach witha 3.0 and 990.

Good news! The California State University System is mainly geared to students in both your GPA and SAT range. As a result, there are many campuses across the golden state which are right up your alley.

Reasonable Reaches:
Cal Poly - Pomona
Chico
Fullerton

Matches:
East Bay
Fresno
Monterey Bay
Northridge
Sacramento
San Marcos
Stanislaus

Safeties:
Bakersfield
Dominguez Hills
Channel Islands
San Bernardino

good assessment heaven wood though targeted major also factors in given that pomona, chico and fullerton all have impacted programs while most of the others do not. los angeles or northridge would be better fits for someone from los angeles county.
