Calling all people applying to Stanford!

<p>I am struggling with the supplemental "What matters to you" essay. Of course my family, friends, and health matter to me the most, but I don't want to come across as unoriginal. What is the admissions committee looking for and how can I have a "unique" answer for a prompt that seems to have quite similar answers for each person.</p>

<p>Be genuine in whatever you choose to say. It’s not so much what you write about as it is how you write it and the emotion put forth.</p>
