oy. How is AEM in terms of its reputation? Ranked 12th in USNews...but it's one of the easiest majors? How does hat work?

well, Cornell is hella-hard to begin with so anything considered 'easy' by a Cornell student should be taken lightly

^^^ (10 char)

business majors are usually considered "easy" majors, especially when compared to hard sciences. it is one of the most popular majors at the school and is very hard to transfer into especially if you are not already in CALS. to get into aem you need at least a 2.7, a b in 2 aem courses, 2 writing seminars, and i think bio, chem and a math (not completely sure about the last three). you def wont get in with the minimums.. if you are transferring from a different university you prob need a 3.8, good recs, a college EC and a good reason to choose aem.

it's not too hard too transfer to AEM. i know of at least three people who have done so. if you don't know what to do, start with engineering, then switch if you want. you can't go the other way.
