Hi! I have a question about Penn State Campuses. Overall, I have heard that Penn State has about 24 campuses. Does it really matter which campus you go to? I plan to major in computer science and just got into Penn State Harrisburg. Is University Park like the best campus to go to or are other campuses equally good? Also, if University Park is the best campus to go to, is it possible to transfer right away into University Park? Thanks for your help! 
No, the branch campuses are nowhere near as good, most are mediocre. If you applied to main campus and were offered a branch campus instead you cannot transfer now.
I applied to Penn State Harrisburg in the application, not Penn State University Park, but after I looked it up in detail now, I realized that I made a mistake. Is it possible to change this and get into University Park?
You are posting in a Musical Theatre forum. If this is not your major, I would post your question under a more appropriate section. If MT is your major, I would call the school. MT is ONLY offered at the main campus, so I would think they would catch the error. But I would definately call admissions either way.
