<p>Hey, One question.</p>
<p>I know UVM has a reputation for being a party / druggy school.
I am not opposed to it at all, but too much of anything is not good, so I was wondering if it was easy or difficult to avoid it. </p>
<p>Is it mostly just a bad rep? Or is UVM more party > academics?</p>

<p>There are parties and drugs available at every college. It will be up to you to chose your path. I have 2 sons at UVM, a freshman and a senior. Both LOVE the school. I am certain that they have their share of fun, however, they also work hard to get their good grades. There are lots of other things to do in Burlington besides “party.” Both sons ski. Freshman S has gotten involved with several intramural teams. Senior S has a great job on campus. It’s a balance.</p>
