campus visit--cornell

If the student didn't visit the college ,will it lower his chance to get in?
( for regular decision )
Is it too late to visit now?

No it won't lower your chances at all.

When I went to an information session for Cornell in NYC , I was told that visiting campus does not play a role in the acceptance of a student. The first time I visited Cornell, just a campus tour, my name was not even asked for by the admissions staff.

When we toured Cornell with my daughter, we felt like cattle. Not enough tour guides = huge groups, couldn't hear anything because of the loud traffic. By far the worse tour we took. Best? Colgate. Small groups, informative guides, free ice cream at end of tour, and lunch for $1.

Campus tour would help you write your Why Cornell essay or something similar. I don't believe Cornell tracks interest.
