Hi there.
Am a junior, an international student, and I aim for getting a scholarship in one of the top colleges in U.S.A. However, my score isn't that good : 2140, (M770 - CR-680 - W-690 ). Can this score get me a scholarship in one of the top universities, considering that am an international not an American student ?
My GPA is 4, n I still didn't take SAT Subject Test.

That’s a really good score. It could definitely get you a scholorship at very good colleges. But it depends at what college. I would say that you could get a scholorship at schools like UCLA and NYU if you’re entire application is strong. If you are considering Ivys I would recommend sitting for the SAT II. It’s beneficial as it adds variety to your application. Anyways good luck, and remember scores are not everything.

What else other than scores ?

This is a very good score but not a very very good score for an International Applicant needing financial aid. Please note there are only a handful of US colleges that meet 100% need of all admitted International applicants. Several other colleges do offer financial aid to very high achieving international admits.
In SAT, your Maths score is great, if you can beef up the other 2 to 750, specially the CR, you will have a much better shot. Similarly you need to do well in SAT 2 exams and have good EC’s. It is great that your GPA is 4.0 as that is the most important part of application.
You also need to figure out how much scholarship or financial aid you need. Lets say if NYU gives you $20,000 a year, are you able to come up with remaining $45000.00 a year? So my suggestion is do the calculations and if you need a lot more financial aid, you need to up your game. Good thing is your GPA is good, your SAT is almost there, just one more push, keep it up.
