Can they somehow be able to gather information, like how long i attended there or request for transcripts, etc. what can they find out</p>
<p>They sure can. In fact, they ask for it on your application.</p>
<p>You can cite confidentiality to refuse to give it to them. They, in turn, can refuse to admit you or they can expel you for not being fully truthful on your application. They can also revoke any degree they’ve already given you for not being truthful on your application.</p>
<p>Or they can sue you for any financial aid awards they gave to you under false pretenses if you’re discovered after matriculating.</p>
<p>You are asked to provide information on any previous universities you have attented, I believe. If I’m right, they can and will get your transcripts from your old college.</p>
