Can a current Northwestern Freshman post their schedules

Just trying to get a feel for the quarter system. Can someone post their schedules for Fall, Winter and Spring Quarters.

Like

Intro to ???? 8:30 - ???? MTWRF or whatever

list all the classes / seminars / labs and when you needed to be there.

Thanks.

Entering Weinberg - Chemistry, but I'm not sure that matters, just trying to get a feel for the quarter system.

Not safe. I considered posting mine (though I’m not a freshman), but decided it was a bad choice online.

My suggestion? Give us the courses you think you’d take, and I’ll build a schedule for you.

Can’t you do this on CAESAR?

Yes .

I know you can arbiter, but I thought another accepted student posted here that they already had access to CAESAR.

My guess for a chem freshman would be:

Some science: MTWThF 9:00-9:50 (not sure if this is the right # hours)
Lab: T 3:00-6:00 (same as above… I’ve never taken a science, haha)
Distro: TTh 11:00-12:20
Distro discussion: F 2:00-2:50 (only if the class has discussion component)
Related course TTh 12:30-1:50
Elective: MWF 12:00-12:50

I was just approximating, but that should be around the right number of hours and the types of courses a freshman would take, right?

This is for 4 courses, btw. By spring you might feel like you want to use a quarter of 3 classes, if you can afford to (depends on APs, double major, etc.)

Science lectures should meet just 3 days a week.

can someone post a sample econ schedule? or a sample iems? thanks

Here’s something similar to mine freshman year:

Spanish 101 MWF 10-1050
Econ 102 TuTh 10-11:20
Econ 102 DISC Fr 3-3:50
Random Distro MWF 1-150
Disc Thu 2-250
Seminar TuTh 3-420

But really, how is this going to help you? You have four classes that meat for roughly 3 hours each week, some classes will have discussions that meat for an hour.

Engineers, music, and dance majors are a little different.

dlfeish did a good job aproximating. Chem and Orgo meet 5 or 4 days a week.

Great - thanks for your input. It’s not as bad as I thought it would be.

What about an Econ major? Suppasonic, is that the typical schedule for Econ majors?
