Hey guys...so my entire yale application is done besides for the one 500 char. essay. If you've already a student or have been accepted to yale...I would really like to know the tone of you're answer (i.e. were you like...yale is a great school because it's strong in my academic interests ect....or were you a little more creative?)

Thanks ahead of time!

also…if you were creative…how so?

I focused on how freiendly the campus seemed and how it had an interdisciplinary approach that I liked, straightforward. You can be creative in the longer pieces…

I talked about the things that made the college unique and important to me academically, but I put a tiny bit of a creative twist on it because it helped convey the point I was trying to make more efficiently.

Be as straightforward as necessary; don’t be creative just to be creative. If you need to be creative to get your point across, go ahead. If not, then don’t bother. As ECazndb8r said, that’s for the longer essays.

Keep in mind the application is due in about 40 minutes. I would hurry up and submit it if you haven’t yet, so that you don’t run out of time. Good luck!

9 minutes early…Yesss.
haha

I was straightforward in the beginning and the middle, but ended abstractly.
