<p>I just recently found out that's where I will be dorming. Can anybody tell me a little bit about what kind of people live there/what goes down? I am also curious about the other Quads if you happen to know a little bit about everything.</p>

<p>it’s the second most dangerous quad after roosevelt…that part of campus is very sketchy!</p>
<p>It is a very sketchy and shady quad, but a little bit better than roosevelt, like bran10 said.</p>

<p>Well…they have balconies! I’m not sure if you are allowed to go out on them though haha</p>
<p>its only dangerous and sketchy if you leave your door open all the time with no one inside to watch your stuff. i never had a problem with anything in kelly [except for a few bugs but you get them everywhere on campus and theres bugs bc of the balconies].
kelly is awesome. i loved living there. my roommates and suitemates were nice and fun. ppl can get a little crazy on the floor sometimes and start playing t-ball lol but its a lot of fun.
the balconies are great and suites are ok [except some rooms are just shaped weird and they look cramped if you have a lot of stuff].
i heard a lot of **** about kelly but it really wasnt bad at all. you just have to have common sense about safety.</p>
<p>I don’t really get why people are saying Kelly is sketchy. Yeah, stuff might get stolen if you’re an idiot and leave your door unlocked, but that would be the case anywhere. </p>
<p>Good things about Kelly: 24hr dining hall in the quad, close to the SAC and the train station, balconies, and I’ve been to some fun parties there. Suite style, which I like better than corridor.</p>
<p>It just has that sketchy, dangerous neighborhood feel to it when you are walking at night. Other than that, the pros are it is suite style, so if you like your room/suitemates, it can be very fun. The lounge area is very convinient for a tv/fridge and if you have friends sleeping over. Also, kelly dining is open 24h and is one of the best options at night anyway. The cons are the location(quite far), small rooms with almost no walking space and inpersonal feeling of the quad and hallways.</p>
<p>I might be going to Kelly too. And yes. I feel like crap :-(</p>

<p>There is nothing skety bout kelly quad. it is the best quad on campus. I use to live in mendelson and there were to many ppl that wouldnt party r go out they would sit in side n study(asians) kelly quad is more of like a college quad then any of the other quads i lived there last year and am going to again this year more ppl outside to talk to and hang out wit</p>
<p>Kelly just needs a bit of a make over in terms of the grounds, they have a slight hint of good old abandoned soviet russian apartment buildings circa. the cold war.</p>
