<p>Hi I'm a senior in high school who just got accepted to UP and was curious about the school. So I grew up in a Catholic family, however I would say I'm more atheist. As far as my political views, I'm pretty liberal and know the city of Portland is a liberal city, but would you say the school has a different vibe to it? I currently live in Utah, so I'm sure Portland would be a better match for me than my home state haha. Besides the whole social aspect, how is the school itself? I've heard wonderful things about it.</p>

<p>My daughter and I looked at it and she was accepted. I loved it! It was a beautiful campus and the facilities were very nice. We ate in the cafeteria and that was very good as well. My daughter didn’t love it but it was more from the fact that it seemed like the religion aspect was “take it or leave it” and she is looking for something a little more prevalent. It definitely seemed more liberal than other schools we looked at. Go visit- you may love it too!</p>
