So I applied to CAS, indicating English as my major (might double major or minor in political science), and according to an email I got today (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/new-york-university/885187-likely-email.html), I've been accepted. Woo-hoo! Now, getting down to business, as it were: I indicated on my application that I one day hope to go to business school for an MBA but wasn't applying to Stern undergrad because I want a solid liberal arts basis for my studies. This is still true, but I was wondering: can CAS students be involved in interdisciplinary study at Stern while remaining concentrated on their arts/sciences majors? For example, could I take a class or two at Stern that might uniquely prepare me for business school a few years out while still focusing on English and polisci as the fields in which I'll be receiving a degree?

I have the same question. Since i might fail my science classes, i was hoping to become an accountant/finance as a back-up plan. would that involve taking classes at a different school?
