<p>Civil engineering largely deal with community planning (construction, bridges, water, transportation. Natural diaster research, pollutions are all topics of civil engineering.</p>
<p>I am not a civil engineers, but if you just look at wiki. It is very clear that it is something that CE touches. For example, remote sensing, landscape survey, and navigation.</p>
