Can college rescind admission offer due to decrease in grade? IUB

I’m currently a high school senior. I’m taking full 7 classes a day and 1 resource for myself. There are two AP classes, 1 ACP class, 1 honor level classes, 1 advanced class, the rest is regular. I previously submitted my application to IUB with GPA of 4.15, and I did force myself with many challenge classes during junior and sophomore. I got accepted to IUB, but I’m currently not doing well in my AP Biology class, which I have the grade enough to pass but not stand out as previous. But my grades in other class even AP and ACP still maintain between +B and A. I major in business, so I am worry would IU admission office rescind their offer.

thank you for reading, look forward to yours replies ^^

Yes, they can. Try to keep your Biology grade up to at least a B-. If you don’t think you can do that, check with your high school and IUB on the consequences of dropping Biology.

The general rule quoted on CC is to avoid D’s, F’s and felonies.

Honestly, I want to face the challenges, it’s something like not giving up during the tough time. I will take your suggestion in determination

What conditions on grades and GPA does the admission letter say?

@ucbalumnus they say nothing about it, IU simply said I’m admitted

Earning a D or F grade is high risk.

Completing in-progress courses with a GPA lower than what you applied with is probably low to medium risk, depending on the magnitude of the drop.
