My high school offers local scholarships but the deadline to apply for them is about a month or so before decisions will be sent out. And you need to put down where you’re going & stuff. Also a commitment date for one is before the decision date if another.
So can colleges let you know ahead of time of your decision?
My 3rd hadn’t made a decision in March so simply put down deciding between Uni A and Uni B on a local scholarship. He was awarded a scholarship and at that point he notified them and told them which uni he was attending so they knew where to send the check.
same as above - just put down ‘waiting for admissions decisions’ from … or something like that. On a few, we didn’t even get the actual scholarship until in the fall after we submitted proof of signing up for classes.
