Can i accept 2 offers for different Canadian Unis?

I was predicted 37/45 International Baccalaureatte (IB) points and was accepted to McGill and Richard Ivey school of business at the University of Western Ontario (BMOS and Ivey AEO), and to my safety school Wilfrid Laurier for the BBA program.

I want to accept either McGill or Ivey, and also Laurier as my safety, in case i perform badly in my final exams. Is this possbile?

Also, how many points in my final exams will i need to get to maintain my McGill offer?

thanks

McGill (and other universities) won’t rescind its offer unless you fail to graduate or somehow lied on your application. Wouldn’t accepting more than one offer and withdrawing afterward cost you money?

for insurance and safety, i dont mind spending a few hundred dollars.

Im not well prepared for my final exams for a number of reasons (family etc…) so i might not do well (god forbid) in them.

BUT, if ur right, and mcgill will still accept me even if i drop grades, then i guess i wont.

thank you very much for ur help!

I don’t think you’re allowed to accept offers from two different schools. I’ve heard that if the schools find out they can both rescind your offers, but I don’t know how true that is or if it applies to McGill and Ivey in particular.

Anyway, like Blobof said, unless you fail your classes or lied on the application or committed a crime they won’t rescind you. And if you do fail any of your classes you can probably contact the school before they find out and explain your reasons, and if they’re legitimate they most likely won’t rescind your offer since it would only be a one-time thing.

I’d contact Western and McGill directly and ask them. No use in risking the loss of both acceptances because of some forum.

iampos what did they say??
