So I’m getting dropped off at 7, maybe even earlier. Is it okay if I bring a notebook with me to the school library so I can go through my notes or is that against the rules? 
Well, they’re not going to let you leave it out there in the hallway, and I doubt the proctor[s] will want to take charge of it. Just relax. Leave it at home. Trying to cram up until the last minute is not the way to approach the test.
I think it’s fine as long as you cram it in a backpack that isn’t opened during the test. I’ve seen kids studying their SAT II books right up until the minute the answer sheets are handed out, but I wouldn’t try that 
But it might be nice to take a walk through the halls or something to keep your mind clear instead of stressing out
