Can I call these schools a safety?

SAT: 1068/1570 :( (retaking december)
3 APs, 1 JC course which was physics (A)
Lots of volunteer hours between two organizations that I have done for 3 years.
Joined 2 clubs but no leadership position
Have some work experience</p>

<p>Applying to all UC's except LA/UCB
CSU: SJSU, Cal Poly Pomona, maybe SDSU</p>

<p>Would you consider SJSU, Merced, and maybe SDSU to be safeties schools?</p>

<p>Do you know your UC GPA? SDSU would be a match but not a safety. Your current SATs are on the low side.</p>
