Can I cancel a registration?

As a junior taking his first SAT in 4 days, I want to make sure that I get a good score out of the 5 or 6 SATs left in the year. Too bad I can't look at my score after I take the January 26th test, and the deadline for the March 1st test is January 29th. I won't know for sure what my score would be like after I take it. I don't want to wait so long to take the next SAT, I want to take it whenever I can because I don't want to be left with the tests that are near the deadline to sign up for college.

I'm basically aiming for 700+ on each section, but unless you know for 100% which questions you missed, you can't really come up with a score(like questions you guessed on). Should I sign up for the March 1st SAT even if I'm confident that I got a 700+ on each section on the January 26th test.

Are you asking whether you can cancel the March registration? You can, but you won't get a refund. (I believe you can switch your testing date to a later one for an additional fee, however).

I don't want to look worried that I got a lower score by scheduling a test before I get my results, but don't want to just waste $60 if I do get a good score. I guess that if the situation where I do get a 700+ on each section comes up, I can just use the March one to try and get my score to like a 750+. I don't know if I"ll be going to a college where I need that type of score, but it never hurts.
