I took the SAT I in November, and SAT II Bio and Math in December. A few days back, I ordered for my results to be sent to 7 colleges, none of which require SAT II. As I got a good score at Biology test, but not so good one on Maths, I wanted to report only my Bio score as an additional result. However, I didn’t untick the Math score before I paid my order, and now everything is going to be sent!
Is there a way I could prevent my Maths from being reported? Thanks!!
what score are you expecting in maths? i dont think you should cancel it im pretty sure you will get 650 at least. + you wrote biology test REALLY WELL. if you’re american then just stop overthinking. even 650 is fine = D
Once an order to send scores that you already have is completed, you cannot change or cancel it.
@mishowisyle123 Thank you, I’ll have to take your advice and relax a bit. As I am an international student everything counts. Anyways, I’ve scored 730 on the Biology, so I guess it’s okay. @drusba Thank you!
I don’t think you can cancel at this point.
Although I don’t 100% believe this, it may be possible that subject test scores can’t hurt you and can only help you, meaning colleges only consider good scores. Of course, that would just be optimistic thinking.
So I had a similar issue to this. When I contacted the College Board they reviewed my case and later agreed to retract them, but later denied ever having done so. You do sign an agreement when you order them that says they cannot be 205511631. I’m pretty sure it’s the last box you check. I have heard that if there is a subject test to not do well on it is math, so hope that helps as consolation.
@CathJR Thank you for your answer, but at the end, your score wasn’t sent? Maybe it’s worth a try to contact them and ask what they can do. @xclaner I hope that this will be the case as the SAT subjects are optional at those colleges.
@colleges321 No they were sent. They later retracted their agreement to retract my scores.
