I sent my SAT scores a few days ago to a college and then I received my ACT scores and found out that they are much better. Is there a way I can cancel my SAT scores from being sent? If so, how?

I took 3 subject tests in JUn and I just report all my SAT subject tests scores to UCSD, but I intended to report only 2 of them since only the other score really sucked and two is enough for UCSD.

I already made the payment but I checked the process is still pending so is there any chance i can cancel reporting the scores??? plzzz help me thank you soooo much.

If there is no online option to cancel them, call CollegeBoard and ask if they can do anything. If it is still pending you need to act quickly because scores are sent online as soon as they are processed.

@dearcollege123, since you took all three of your subject tests in the same sitting (which I’m assuming you did since you said you took them in June), you have to either cancel all scores together or send all of them together! Annoying, I know, but that’s just the way it works for some reason.

^That rule applies only to sending scores by designating colleges to receive them in your registration for the particular test day before the score comes out. Use of your free sends requires that you send all tests taken for the particular test date. However, once scores are released, you can then order scores sent and exercise score choice to keep any one of the subject tests taken on that test day from being sent.

As to OPs inquiry, CB’s policy is not to allow canceling an order to send existing scores that you have already made, but you could call and see if it will do otherwise…
