I am president of the club Ocean Science Bowl, but I feel like Ocean Science Club would look better?
It doesn’t matter what looks better. The name of the club is already set. Don’t lie on your app; if you get caught it will call your whole app into question.

• B/ It really does not matter what you “feel.” The name of the club is the name of the club If you want to change the name of the club, follow the procedures in the club by-laws.
In my opinion, it’s perfectly fine. By changing it to club, you’re letting adcoms know that it is a school club, not a competitive league.
The current name looks perfectly fine. Leave it be.
It really won’t be a big deal if you change it. It is essentially referring to the same thing. As long as the content about how you were involved in the club doesn’t change and is accurate you’ll be fine! 
It will make no difference whatsoever to admissions officers. I’d leave it as the name the school has it listed as on the off chance that any admissions officer tries to look it up or asks someone in your HS about it.
