<p>recently (4-12) UNC let the vast majority of transfer students know if they had been accepted/rejected/or waitlisted. however, when i checked my decision it said my application was still under review. i'm yet to hear from UNC and the last possible day to hear back is april 25th. would it be reasonable to believe i'm slightly better off than the people who got waitlisted? i called admissions and they only told me i'd be hearing back soon.</p>

<p>On a serious note, did you have enough credits to be considered a transfer applicant?
IMHO, and if so, it would not hurt to call and ask.</p>
