I’m currently a junior in High School, and I’m new to this whole college thing. The majors I am aiming for are Electrical, computer, aerospace, aeronautical, or biomedical engineering. Can anyone recommend some good engineering schools for me?

5 Hrs./Pre-AP classes + 2 regular classes
EC- None
Soph:
GPA(of 5.0)- 3.96, 3.75
2 regular + 2 Hrs/Pre-AP + 3 AP/Accelerated (Chemistry + Human Geo + PLTW)
AP Test Scores: Chem-4, Human Geo-4
EC: FTC Robotics Team(went to State), Science Olympiad
Junior (Got serious this year):
GPA(of 5.0)- 4.57, -
2 Hrs/Pre-AP + 5 AP/Accelerated (Physics A + APUSH + Lang/Comp + Pre-calc/Calc A + PLTW)
Took Business Incubator (one of the Hrs classes). Started a real business with an actual investor; it’s called Pledge Pair.
EC: FTC Robotics Team, Science Olympiad(went to State), AMITA hospital volunteer
Prospective Senior Semester 1:
1 Hrs/Pre-AP + AP/Accelerated (Physics C + Lit/Comp + Calc BC + Post-AP Comp Sci.)
Continuing the company.

Cumulative GPA(of 5.0)- 3.99 (It triggers me so much being so close to 4.0)

You can probably tell that I slacked off my Freshman and Sophomore year, and I got serious Junior year. Because of that, everything improved, so I just wanted to ask where that would put me in the eyes of an admissions counselor?
