Can I get any good recommendations please? Thanks!

I’m currently a junior in High School, and I’m new to this whole college thing. The majors I am aiming for are Electrical, computer, aerospace, aeronautical, or biomedical engineering. Can anyone recommend some good engineering schools for me?

Here are my stats:
Fresh:
GPA (of 5.0)- 3.71, 4.00
5 Hrs./Pre-AP classes + 2 regular classes
EC- None

Soph:
GPA(of 5.0)- 3.96, 3.75
2 regular + 2 Hrs/Pre-AP + 3 AP/Accelerated (Chemistry + Human Geo + PLTW)
AP Test Scores: Chem-4, Human Geo-4
EC: FTC Robotics Team(went to State), Science Olympiad

Junior (Got serious this year):
GPA(of 5.0)- 4.57, -
2 Hrs/Pre-AP + 5 AP/Accelerated (Physics A + APUSH + Lang/Comp + Pre-calc/Calc A + PLTW)
Took Business Incubator (one of the Hrs classes). Started a real business with an actual investor; it’s called Pledge Pair.
EC: FTC Robotics Team, Science Olympiad(went to State), AMITA hospital volunteer

Prospective Senior Semester 1:
1 Hrs/Pre-AP + AP/Accelerated (Physics C + Lit/Comp + Calc BC + Post-AP Comp Sci.)
Continuing the company.
EC: FTC Robotics Team (captain), Science Olympiad (captain), DECA, AMITA hospital volunteer, NHS

Other stuff:
Cumulative GPA(of 5.0)- 3.99 (It triggers me so much being so close to 4.0)
SAT- 1410, 750-math, 660-reading. (Aiming for that 1500)
760- Chem subject
Taking Math II, Physics, and Spanish subject in May 2019
Tutor for kids in summer after Junior year
Took some courses at local community college (Chemistry, Comp Sci.)
Indian Ethnicity
Straight Male
Upper Middle Bracket
Illinois Permanent Resident

You can probably tell that I slacked off my Freshman and Sophomore year, and I got serious Junior year. Because of that, everything improved, so I just wanted to ask where that would put me in the eyes of an admissions counselor?

If anything else is needed, please just tell me in the discussion.

Thanks!
