Can I get fee waivers as a transfer applicant?

<p>I had gotten fee waivers for all of the colleges I applied to last year, but I don't know if I can get any as a transfer applicant. Collegeboard doesn't have any info for waivers offered to college students. A couple questions:</p>

<p>1) I am an international student w/ NY state residency, am I eligible for fee waivers to private schools?</p>

<p>2) If yes to the first question, then how do I apply for them?</p>

<p>most private schools have fee waivers. but they usually don’t give them to int. students. check the schools’ websites…</p>
