Can I get in??? What more should I do???

I am a tenth grader in high school am currently hoping to go to MIT. Right now I have a GPA of 3.92 and am taking all honors classes as well as a pre-engineering course where we work with Autodesk Inventor. I volunteer at my local hospital and am also planning on joing the EMS. Currently I just got my CPR Certificate and in January I will begin my EMT classes. Altogther i have about 80 hours of community service. Also i work part time at a large grocery store known as Shoprite. I work just about 20 hours every week. I used to work at cleaning store in 9th grade but switched over as soon as i turned 16. Finally I have started to run indoor and outdoor track. Next year i will also begin to run cross country. Now judging from all of that, so far how good of a chance do i have of getting into MIT? Is there anything else I should do? i do not really have any more time o my hands because nearly everyday i have to wake up to either work or volunteer or study for school. I am half black half white and I also support my family very heavily and thus the reason why i work. i even pay my own phone bill. So judging from all that, do I look like a typical person who could get into MIT if i get a 2200 Sat and take all of the subject tests and what not? Also would one prefer to apply early action or regular decision?

Please respond quick. I need to know if i have to work even harder.
