can i get in??

i have approximately a 3.4 gpa at a fairly difficult high school. My weighted is 4.9. I am taking 4 ap classes next year, and have 3 already done. I take honors, science, english, used to take math, and spanish. I am a caucasian female. My act score was a 31. My sat scores were 690 math, 640 verbal, and 610 writing. I am thinking of only sending my act.
My extracurriculars/activities/other stuff include...
track and field 4yrs
cross country 4 yrs
summer running 2 yrs
polar bear(track training) 2 yrs
one summer job at clothing store
outdoor adventure camping, rafting, hiking, etc in bc, canada same summer
high school honor society
camp counselor at day camp one summer
freshmen adviser
lifeguard certified
took amap test
24 hr run participant
walk for scleroderma
if i think of more i will add them...
I took sat II's but they did not turn out very stellar. I took biology against my teachers advisory, and got 580, which i obviously will not send. I took math and got 690 which isn't that great either. I took a practice one for math out of a prep book and got 775. Is it worth retaking?
Haha, I know thats a lot but thanks for reading. What do you think my chances are?
Thanks!

the two things claremont cares most about is SAT scores/ ec(leadership is a plus), and then gpa. believe it or not your UW gpa doesnt take you out of the running. However your school must weight classes very oddly... what is your class rank?? and where are you from? do you have any captainship/presidency at all? and how do your preview your recs/essays?

also claremont wants people who are a good fit for the school - that means interest in econ/govt

answer those and then ill try to answer... right now the limited info is tough to call, but right now im leaning towards no (there was only a 16% accept rate this year)

I donno if I agree with crouton. I don't think they accept people based upon their interest in econ/govt. From my experience and interaction with the office of admission, they look for people who would be a great match to the school and not to a specific major. Maybe I'm wrong, crouton. But I know many students at CMC who are NOT interested in econ or govt.

Your weighted GPA seems weird to me. The office of admission will calculate your GPA for themselves but I can almost bet that a 3.4 UW will turn to a 4.8W. I just can't see the math working out like that.

As your for ECs, they're fine. I think the problem with them is the way you presented them in your post. It's not their names nor for how long you have done these activities- it's what you've done in them. Stress leadership. How have you been a LEADER in those programs. If you package yourself well, i think you have a shot.

my school weights gpa weirdly. Thanks for the advice about leadership. I may be a captain next year on track and cross country. Also, I am going to be a freshmen adviser next year. I guess that would help.
