Can I get in?

I have a 3.7 weighted and a 3.1 nonweighted gpa.
For my SATs I got 630 Math 640 Reading and 640 Writing.
I am planning on applying to...
University of Dayton
Miami University of Ohio
Penn State University (Main Campus)
University of South Carolina
West Virginia University
Clemson
Virginia Tech
James Madison University

What are my chances of getting in to each school?

I think htat you have a good shot at most of these.

I feel like your GPA is on the lower end, but you have a legitimate shot at all of those schools. If possible, retake the SAT.

My D had similar stats, SAT 640 CR, 680 Math, 610 Writing, ACT 29, a couple of AP's, nice activities and recs, got rejected by Clemson, accepted by Miami of Ohio

You have a great chance at all of them, and btw your GPA is fine as long as you have other good stuff on your app.

I think you are definitely in at all except Penn State University Park and Virginia Tech. The 3.1 unweighted hurts you with Penn State, since 2/3 of Penn State's decision is gpa. For VT, I think their averages are just about the same, which is just higher. I still think you have a shot, so this mix of schools seems like a very good list. Best of luck.

You are a shoe in to WVU.

I would put VT and JMU onto your reach schools unless you can raise your GPA a bit. Your SAT scores look good however.
