Before you all hate on my sophomore year, I should note that I was learning that I can't put too much on me in first semester and joined too many clubs, and I was having family issues second semester.
Also, I am planning on retaking Chemistry over summer.

Extracurriculars:

Founder/President of Service Club
Student Government

Interact Service Club
2 Years of Speech and Debate

I have over 400 service hours, and I was awarded Service Man of the Year twice!

I'm obsessed with learning about new languages and cultures, and I know 5 languages fluently, thus far! (English, Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish) (French and Italian)
Planning on learning Japanese next! (While perfecting my French and Italian)
I have been to over 25 countries and have learned much about the world and the many connections an cultures of various regions of the world.

Jobs:
Camp Counselor for Special Needs Children (2 full years)
Paid Internship at a Software Company (1 Summer)

Summer Classes:
I have taken a Speech and Debate course, and a rigorous Computer Science course over summers.

PSAT: 200
SAT: 2100 (going to try again)

I want to major in something global/business/tech.
I was thinking maybe International Economics and Commerce or Global Studies or maybe a minor in one of those with a major in something tech? I'm not sure.

Anyways, what do you think of my chances of getting into UCLA, UCI, UCSBor UCSD? Or any other GOOD colleges?

personally every UCSD kid I know had a really low gpa(3.1, 3.2 unweighted?)…but got away with it using their EC activities. UCSD uses the point system(they rank you using points based on your activities and grades so they assign an activity x amount of points based on what they think)
and as for sophomore year, you can write in your essay how you messed up, but it was a learning experience for you to realize how to better balance out your schedule and it taught you important life skills…etc?
