I am 99.9% sure I am attending bates but I one of my biggest concerns is graduate/law school placement. Will it get me there??

This link should provide you with some helpful information concerning law school preparation and placement post-Bates. I would call up the Office of Career Services at (207)-786-6232 if you have any questions. I’m sure they would be glad to speak with a prospective student. I’m currently a first-year and am considering applying to law school in a few years’ time too. I feel very confident about my chances of getting into the law school of my choice after I graduate. I attended a pre-law information session during Orientation and essentially you can major in whatever you want if you’d like to attend law school. Your GPA and LSAT scores are really the most important elements of your application.

Answer to thread title-- yes.

Answer to actual posted question-- if you put the work in, exploit the countless opportunities with which Bates will provide you, use your time at Bates to find yourself and your true passions, and study properly for the LSATs: you’ll have a very good shot.

Enjoy Bates! It’s a wonderful place to spend your four college years.

Ok good! Does anyone have any specific examples from students they know and what grad schools they went on to???

Just realized I never actually posted the link-here it is:
