Hey guys, I wanted to go to boston university but i really f'ed up. My freshman gpa was a 2.25, my sophomore gpa was a 2.45, and my junior gpa was a 3.66. In my three years so far I have not taken even 1 ap or honors class. I have just started my senior year, and I am enrolled in AP calculus, Ap econ/gov, AP english, and Ap computer science. My Sat scores were 1800 and 2050. Do I even stand a chance at getting in? Also does Boston university count freshman grades, because if so, my Gpa is far lower than a 3.0....Really worried, any help on the subject would be great.
Ps: Im a california state resident, I was on the academic decathalon team for 2 years, track team for 1 year, and I interned at a hospital for a year.

I believe Boston University would count freshman grades. It’s good that you have an upward trend though, but i think you would have a chance if you increased your SAT to at least a 2250+ to make up for the GPA.

Your GPA is very low for BU, the upward trend does help, but I doubt enough to compensate. Do you have a valid reason for the two years of low grades (a sick family member or something along those lines)?

…chances are slim…
