<p>Hey you guys, I'm nearing the end of my junior year and I was wondering what my chances of getting into Boston College or Boston University are. I have a 3.5 GPA and I got a 1990 on my SAT and 29 on my ACT. I have a lot of extracurriculars, such as work for my local democratic hq and a summer internship for my congressman in D.C. Also, I went to one of the toughest private high school in California and I'm half-Iraqi. I've heard I have decent chances at BU, but what about BC? Thanks a ton.</p>

<p>yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Any other opinions though? Just to go into a bit of detail... I got a 3.1 Freshman year, Sophomore yearit went up to a 3.44 and now I have about a 4.0 and I hope to do the same senior year... I heard colleges admire a gradual increase in a high school GPA, is that true?</p>
