Can I get into Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University?

So, basically I'm wondering if I can get into Daytona Beach campus.

Degree I am seeking: Aerospace Engineering

Here are my credentials:

GPA:

-2.5

AP Tests Taken:

-3 on English Language and Composition (without taking the AP course)
-4 on Spanish

SAT:

-620 Math
-600 Critical Reading
-600 Writing

EC:

-FIRST Robotics for 4 years, currently holding leadership position (leader of electrical sub division)
-JV Soccer Sophomore year
-Science Olympiad this year
-I've had a job since last November

Volunteer Work: None

Other:
-I have submitted an essay with my application, which was optional.
-I asked some friends who had higher GPA's (3.7ish) to review it and they said it was a good essay
-I would be doing NROTC (Naval ROTC)
-I attended Norwich University's Future Leader Camp (very intense, Future Leader Camp: Admissions: Norwich University)
-Senior grades show significant improvement (GPA of approximately 3.0)
-Visited Daytona Beach campus (filled out the little card)

responses would be nice…

Not sure who is supposed to reply to you here, Mojo. I work in the admissions office at Embry-Riddle. Overall you look good but we’ll want to see where you are with math - it’s a big part of engineering. As soon as you’ve submitted your transcripts, test scores and letters of recommendation, you’ll hear from us with about a week or two.

I see. My apologies, I have not posted topics on this website before, and I had seen similar discussions as this so I wasn’t sure what I had done wrong.

Thank you for taking the time to respond though! I had no idea that there were admissions counselors on this website, so this is a big help.

Thank you for the help!

Also, I wanted to change my degree to Aerospace Science (I want to be a pilot and I saw after the tour that that is the better option), is it possible to do this once I get to the campus (assuming I’m accepted)? Or should I send an email to admissions now to change it?

Again thank you for the help, and I hope you are having a pleseant night,
