Can I get into Florida State University?

I'm currently a senior at St. Petersburg Collegiate High School, a charter school at St. Petersburg College. All of my classes are college classes at SPC, because I am also enrolled as a sophomore there. The college classes count regular on my college transcripts and count as an honors/AP class for high school. When I graduate high school in May, I will graduate from SPC too with my AA degree. (Yay for two graduations lol) I want to know my chances of getting into FSU, since I live in Florida, I'll have Bright Futures and it just seems like the ideal school for me. So... A little about my stats:
I am in NHS (national honors society), I am a member of interact, and I partake in junior achievement (a program where we go to elementary schools and teach a class for a day for volunteer hours).
I am currently working on my Bright Futures hours.
The summer after my sophomore year I went to Italy with a few other students and instructors for an international program at SPC, I took two classes there at a local university: World Religions & International Relations.
My current GPA is a 3.37 (like a 4.1 weighted), but I'm hoping to have that up after this semester.
I got a 1620 on the SAT & a 28 on the ACT (my test scores are what I'm super worried about).
I am planning to major in English, so I'm taking a lot of rigorous English/lit classes, which should look good.
Also, idk if this really matters but I worked at a law firm for 2 years.

So... What do you think my chances are? Even with such poor test scores? Thank you!

I hate when people say a 28 is a poor test score even though it’s 90th percentile in the nation. Anyways, you’re easily in at FSU.

Lol, I more so meant my SAT score.
