<p>Howard University has generous scholarship for those with good SAT(math and reading, not writing)/ACT and high GPA. You can get in, but if you want scholarship, I would recommend you to retake ACT</p>

<p>OP must go to their website and look at the FA/scholarship page. The scholarships are all spelled out with the requirements. Do yourself a favor & check it out. So then you will know exactly what is expected, what each award is. </p>

<p>idk. howard is a really easy school to get into but your test scores are low so it could go either way</p>
