<p>Im currently a junior and I really loved the conservatory at Oberlin when I visited a few weeks ago, but apparently they care about grades. Will a 3.6 weighted GPA and a 31 on the ACT make the cut!!!???</p>
<p>If you want to go to Oberlin, you should go for it. Don’t try to second-guess whether the college will reject you based on your grades. Just give it what you’ve got, academically, for the remaining time before application, and focus on your music. If they believe you are a good fit, you will get in. (My son just did, with lesser academic qualifications.)</p>
