So, I kind of messed up on my reading section REALLY bad on the SAT.
I got 1800 on SAT(460 reading, 720 math, and 620 writing)
I have a 96.85 average(Can someone tell me what does it convert into? 3.9?)
I took/taking 5 AP courses. (Computer science, US History, US government, Physics, and Calculus AB)
I volunteer at hospital, summer camps, local temple, and AP of STEM.
And top 5% in my grade.
I can’t believe I did so bad on the reading. 
What are my chances to get into Stony? 50/50?
I want to major in Computer Science, any suggestion for my college list within NY?
Also, on my college board account, it say I have 4 college fee waivers, is that for common app?
