Can I get into UNC Chapel Hill (in-state)?

Sorry, I know I'm another chances thread -_-.

Stats:
Hi! Thank you so much for your time.
My stats:
Current Grade: Junior (school ends in 2 weeks)
Gender: Female
Race: African-American
Parents: Both UNC Alumni (c/o 1981)
Intended major(s): Thinking about double major with Psychology/Clinical Laboratory Science and a minor in cognitive science. I also really love history and politics so I'm very undecided.

GPA Unweighted: 3.7-3.8
GPA Weighted: 4.9
AP Classes: 14 by the end of senior year
Honors Classes: LOTS (basically anything that wasn't AP)

SAT Score: 1930 (RETAKING) (Math-610) (CR-650) (Writing-670) I think I can score a 2100 if I really work at it, I didn't prepare at all for this time around so I could see what I needed to study.

Extracurricular: Here are just some, I realize I won't have space on the common app for everything so these are my best:
-Summer Ventures in Math and Science 5 week, state funded (free), program for juniors and seniors (like governor's school but for math and science only, and we complete a research project unlike gov school)
-Stem Cell Research Program (only 5 in the country) acceptance and completion
-Student Body President (previously served as Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior class president)
-I serve as the first and only student member on the school board
-SADD Club President
-National Honor Society Vice President
-Spanish Club Vice President
-Quiz Bowl Captain
-6x Varsity Letter

I’d give you about a 80% chance, but I believe you have a great chance at getting in, especially being in-state. Hope you get in!

I think your chances are outstanding given what appears to be a rigorous academic path and your plans to i- in the high 90s if you want a percentage. The unweighted GPA is a bit low but maybe understandable with all the AP classes taken. Your weighted GPA is excellent. I did not see your class rank. Is it in the top 10%? Does your school have a good track record of placing/producing successful UNC students?

Your SAT scores are currently at about the 50th percentile of the current 1st year class and would probably be fine as they stand. Moving them higher will only inprove your chances. You have very solid ECs that show leadership, URM and being a double legacy will not hurt, either.

Advice? Retake the SAT and concentrate of putting together a good application. The essays are very important and will give you a chance to sell yourself to the admissions team as being a worthy addition to UNC. Best of luck!
