<p>Im middle eastern, and according to the common app, that counts as white, so i dont know if that helps or not</p>
<p>I know that UT Austin has an acceptance rate of 47%
I guess the only problem is im an NY resident, so does that affect my chances of getting in drastically? My family is looking to move there so should we move first before i apply? </p>
<p>Also, i dont know if this helps but im looking to major in biology for premed or engineering, or maybe double majoring</p>
<p>Im also kinda looking at Rice University so if u could tell me my chances for that i would appreciate it as well</p>
