<p>To be candid, I don't know if I am good enough for D1 schools, although ivy league schools is preferably where I want to go. I am not sure whether I want to be recruited for lacrosse or ice hockey (I'm a girl), but I am leaning toward lacrosse. However, I did not do lacrosse this year due to unforeseen circumstances so I don't have any videos of me playing, etc. </p>
<p>How do I go about emailing coaches if I have a chance of being recruited?</p>
