I will most likely go to a small private school for college. It is not highly ranked by any matter. I am planning to do a math and finance/economics major. Lets just say I pull a 4.0 gpa and do an internship every summer. Lets also say that I land a good job and perform very well. Is it to out of the question to say that I could get accepted to a top 3 mba program 4 years after college. I am very smart and am driven to succeed. I believe I can do this if I put my mind to it and accomplish the prerequisites for a top mba program. What do you guys think?

Your choice of undergrad is fairly meaningless in this regards. My question would be whether those opportunities actually exist coming from this small school (ie the internships and job opportunities). If they don't, you are putting yourself at a disadvantage. 4 years removed from college, your undergrad will seem like a distant memory (just like jr high may feel to you now), and thus is treated like such by admissions committees (obviously, some may get giddy over a wharton/harvard/princeton grad but work experience is still king).
