Can I handle this workload? How much time am I looking at spending doing homework?

Next year, I will be a sophomore at my high school. My schedule is as follows:
AP US History
Adv. Hon. English II
Adv. Hon. Geometry
Adv. Hon. Algebra II
Drivers Ed/ ACT Prep
Hon. Spanish II
Hon. Chemistry

This year my grades have been amazing. I still have a 4.0 GPA and I’d like that to remain throughout the entirety of my high school years. My guidance counselor said that I’m more than capable of being successful in these classes: however, she is worried that my workload may be too much. It’s not a question over intelligence but of trying to keep a healthy psyche. That being said, I’ve been requested to join the gifted program at our school, I received the Algebra I award for our school, and I have a whole year of AP World History around my belt. The workload for AP World was pretty extensive, but I’ve heard from seniors in my class that APUSH is much easier. Please help!

Do you have any extracurriculars along with that schedule?

Key Club and National Honors Society for Science. We don’t meet very often though. Just when we have volunteering to do.

Get AMSCO for ap us history. Apush is somewhat easier than world. As long as you don’t procrastinate I am sure you will be fine.

I will see what I can do @InstantEco
And do you guys think it’ll be too much? @AlphaDragon

Algebra 2 and Geometry shouldn’t be too hard along with Spanish.
I think the most work intensive will be AP US history.
If your English and chemistry teachers don’t assign an abnormally large workload, I think that schedule will be fine.

Thanks @AlphaDragon
